I used to work in finance and after being “restructured”, I took the opportunity to escape a soul-sucking job I hated, to do something with a purpose. I studied political science and was able to combine my passion for food with my profession. Today I work and research in cacao and coffee supply chains. From biodiversity and labour standards in the origins, innovations for traceability and transparency along the way to the consumer end product – delicious chocolate and aromatic coffee.

As a digital native and digital nomad, I use my experience and knowledge to inspire and create a better future for food and beverage and therefore for you.
